Using Complete Drama
By downloading the app or using this website you agree to these terms. You must be 13 or over to hold an account, and 18 or over to publish as a creator. Some content carries a 16+ or 18+ rating and is restricted accordingly.
Your account
You can watch the free episodes without an account. Creating one lets your coins, unlocks and watch history follow you between devices. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
One person, one account. Accounts cannot be sold or transferred.
Coins
Coins are a prepaid digital credit that unlocks individual episodes. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between accounts, or refunded once spent, except where consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
Coins do not expire.
Bonus coins granted through promotions carry the same terms as purchased coins.
An episode you have unlocked stays unlocked, even if its price later changes.
If your account is closed by you, unspent coins are forfeited. If we close it without cause, we refund the value of unspent purchased coins.
VIP subscriptions
VIP renews automatically at the interval you chose until you cancel. We tell you before a free trial ends. Cancel any time from Settings or through your app store; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Rewarded ads
You can unlock episodes by watching advertisements instead of spending coins. Daily limits apply and are shown in the app. Rewarded ads are not available in every country. Attempting to automate, spoof or otherwise falsify ad views is grounds for suspension.
Content and conduct
Don't record, copy, redistribute or attempt to circumvent the protection on any content. Don't upload material you don't hold the rights to. Don't use the service to harass others or to break the law. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these terms, and we tell you why when we do.
Creator terms
Creators keep the rights to their work. By publishing on Complete Drama you grant us a licence to host, encode, distribute and promote it, and to produce AI-dubbed audio tracks from it. That dubbing licence is separate and is agreed explicitly during application — no track is published without your approval.
Revenue share is set at approval and stated in your Creator Agreement. Any change is notified in writing with the reason. Earnings are settled monthly and paid on the 5th, subject to the minimum payout threshold.
AI disclosure
Audio tracks in languages other than a series' original language are generated by AI. Every such track is labelled in the app before you play it, and the creator approves each one before it publishes. We do not use AI to alter a performance in its original language without the creator's written agreement.
Intellectual property
The Complete Drama name, mark and software are ours. Series and episodes belong to the creators who made them. If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, write to legal@completedrama.com with enough detail to identify the work and we will act on it.
Ending your access
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you the reason. Where we close an account without cause, we refund unspent purchased coins and any unused portion of a subscription.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
